Esports Manager 2026 changes
Update — Loans, Economy & Staff
Player Loans
AI teams now request loans for your players. When a club can't afford a full transfer, it may ask to loan your player instead. Requests are gated by eligibility (contract, no sub-loans, gender, nationality, join cooldown, a 2-in / 2-out loan limit) and only clubs of comparable strength will ask.
AI teams no longer sell players they hold on loan. A loaned-in player belongs to his parent club, so he can't be listed for transfer or fire-sale.
Loan emails now read correctly. Deal confirmations, loan requests and counter-offers are no longer worded as "transfers" — proper loan text everywhere, across all 11 languages.
Fixed silent accept on loan deals. If you edited the loan duration in your reply, the deal no longer closes quietly on the AI's original terms — it now routes as a full counter-offer.
Contract-type dropdown is locked when you respond to an incoming bid on your own player, defaulting to the type the AI offered (it stays editable for your own outgoing offers).
Economy & Rosters
New-player inflow raised from ~3 to ~30 per year. The free-agent pool used to dry up, leaving AI rosters empty by year 3.
Staff
Elite staff won't join weak clubs for money alone. Top free-agent staff now refuse a low-prestige club regardless of wage, with a clear prestige-based decline reason (all languages).
Demo
Will be re-uploaded today with latest updates.
