removedMerchant mode (former PvE mode): - When Merchant Mode is Active, you can no longer be attacked by other players. In return, you can no longer attack players. Except mission cities (e.g. Endor) - Cost: 35% of your resource production - Requirements: You have not captured a colony in the last 72 hours. - De/activation time: 24 hours
changedQoL Improvements: - Improvement Simulator: the simulator now shows possible gains from all soundings when called. Attention the technology values should be adjusted for more accurate results for the defender
addedBALANCING: - a) New technology like weapon technologies and engines affect aircraft: one research level can now bring different bonuses for aircraft of the same aircraft type. - b) This has allowed us to remove the aircraft attribute weight. Aircraft now have only one takeoff weight and research no longer has any effect on weight. - c) As a result, almost all aircraft values have changed - d) cost formula esw + oxi has been changed. - e) adjustment mahem speed (+ 250 from 1500 to 1750) - f) For the first time the combat script formula was also adjusted. A big difference in combat value has a little more effect. - g) Adjustment Riskdef. Only one person is still allowed to send Riskdef. However without restriction to only one carpet - h) Adjustment Diplomacy: War and NAP now need a little less "Aggro" points. - I) Nightingale cargo space (- 500 from 8000 to 7500) - K) Adjustment combat value penalty per league difference to 5% instead of 10%. - L) Electron sequencer possible from ESW10 onwards - M) FKV possible from LV 9 - N) HZ initial inventory was strongly lowered
fixedBUGFIX : - Fleet texts are now removed from anonymized reports - Text error fixed: Allianz info was NAP duration 4 days advertised. But it is only 3 - When attacking a mission in player protection there is no more message that fame is needed
