(An automatic backup file will be made just in case). With these changes I managed to get a fairly big world from 40-50 FPS to 300 FPS on my hardware (Ryzen 7 1700/GTX 1060).

addedMajor - Holding Shift when mining will force target floors only - Updated world saving/loading format - Optimized how chunks get disabled/unloaded/enabled. - Worlds will get backed up when going to the new format.

addedPlease let me know if you encounter any bugs/issues with this update. Since release the focus has been bugs/optimization but soon I will be changing the focus to some new features.
