Hey everyone! I am so excited to share with you all the newest update that I recently developed, known as the grid! It's a new 2v2 co-op game mode that will be available to everyone. Hopefully you all can try it out soon with your friends!

THE GRID

What is The Grid?

• The grid is a new multiplayer game mode where there are two teams (red & blue)

• Both teams are trying to finish the grid of orders the fastest

• You need to complete all 25 orders with your teammate to win

• All orders on the grid require a drink (remember to serve drinks!)

How do I play The Grid?

• Right now, you only need to find 3 other friends to join your lobby

• You can easily host one in the main menu by clicking on "The Grid" in the "Play" page

• The first two people who join your lobby are automatically in Team Red, and the other two are Team Blue. (Most likely will be changed so players can choose their own teams)

Do I need friends to play?

• As of now, lobbies can only be joined through Steam from your friends list.

• You need four people total (including yourself) to play

• There is no currently no random matchmaking, but this feature may be added in future updates

BUG FIXES

• Fixed bug where you could spawn two cups using the red drink button

• Fixed bug where clicking the red cup slot would not work

• Fixed bug where the "Saucy" achievement would not be given to players (now you will also get the achievement if you already unlocked it previously)

• Fixed bug where spamming the grill would produce more meats than usual

• Fixed bug where you can cook invisible meats

• Fixed bug where the transition would appear from the right side instead of the left

• Fixed bug where you could click the order paper after you clicked the bell

• Fixed bug where you couldn't open the paper the next day

• Fixed bug where new food order notification would not show up

• Fixed bug where new drink notification would not show up

NEW FEATURES

• Added a settings page to adjust music & sound effects volume

• Reformatted main menu

• Pressing "New Game" will warn you if you already had a save file

• Changed certain sound effects for some buttons

• Revamped UI so that buttons may be more responsive

NEW EPICURE TRAILER

I made a new trailer for Epicure! I'll update this on the Steam store page shortly, and hopefully this video will better represent the newest version of the game.
