Japanese Localization

Updates:

• Expanding on the map generation system update we now allow for Star System translation (localization)

  • Currently, this is targeted at Japanese as it was one of the weak spots in our localization

  • We are exploring other language. If you have a suggest / request drop a comment

• The event log has been updated to be more flexible with localization and data ordering

• Addressed a few UI issues
