Engram changes
Dear Players,
We are Sitoka Studio, the development team of Engram. We originally planned to participate in the Steam Next Festival in October, but due to issues with the review process, we are currently unable to release the demo as scheduled and therefore cannot take part in the festival.
However, we will still make the demo available to everyone as soon as possible. Once the review process is completed successfully, we will release it immediately.
This demo includes the night before Mia’s discharge from the hospital and the first half of the day of her discharge. A single playthrough lasts approximately 30 minutes to one hour; making different choices in multiple playthroughs will produce different storylines and gameplay experiences. To collect all ending branches, it takes about two hours.
As a CRPG that uses AI to drive NPC behavior logic, we aim to explore the possibilities AI can bring to narrative games. Because AI is used, you will need to remain online throughout your experience of the game.
This is the first time we are publicly releasing our demo; you may encounter some issues during play (such as crashes or stuttering). We ask for your understanding. Any problems you encounter during the experience can be reported to us by joining the official Discord server.
Your experiences and feedback are extremely important to us, and you are welcome to join the Discord server to discuss with others.
Finally, thank you for trying our game.
This game is our studio’s first work; it has many shortcomings and immature aspects. We will continue to optimize and adjust it until it can provide everyone with a complete and enjoyable gaming experience.
