If you encounter the same issue, please:

  • Right-click to bring up the menu → Click "Main Menu" → Return to the title screen → Click "New Game" again.

If the issue persists, please try the following:

  • Right-click to bring up the menu → Click "Settings" → Select "Resolution," change to any available resolution → Return to the game.

We deeply apologize for the poor gaming experience this has caused. Our team is working hard to fix the bug!
