Add Headlights indicator on the HUD
Auto Shutdown lowbeam light when turn on high beamlights, and vice versa
When engine is not inited ,the HUD will gray out
Now you will get spawned in a straight road with the great view instead of random road
Now it shall not cause more random blooming issues
