Casting skills has a 25% chance (+25% per stack) to automatically trigger Secondary Skill. Grants 10 Skill Haste (+10 per stack). Phantom Emblem (Alice) Cannot manually use Primary Skill. Basic attacks have a 1% chance (+1% per stack) to automatically trigger Primary Skill. Grants 30 Skill Haste (+10 per stack). Frost Core +25(+25 per stack) SkillHaste for Empowered Item. Mechanical Core +1(+1 per stack) additional stack for Empowered Item. Lightning Core After using an Empowered Item, fires a lightning bolt at a random enemy within 80 range.
