Employee 925 changes
Hello!
Update 1.2.0 is out and it is a major one. Let's break down about what changed and new features:
New Assessment mode!
Assessment is a speedrun mode with a fixed seed where you attempt to do a series of 15 exercises as fast as you can. Post your best time on those speedrun websites ;)
General visual pass
This means asset updates, reworked lighting, new fonts and turning a lot of flat visuals into in-world ones.
Better on-boarding (hopefully)
While I personally liked that the game would throw you in without much of an intro, I feel like the small adjustment made helps with player expectations.
Performance profiles
You can now select from Very Low to Ultra and the game attempts to select the correct profile for you.
Reworked crucial visual and audio feedback on exercise failure messages (IYKYK)
Improved performance, squashed some bugs, made the exercises generate more interesting labyrinths.
This is probably the swansong update for Employee 925 as I feel like I am leaving the game in a state that I am quite proud of - but if you find any bug, please tell me :)
