Tutorial Changes

  • Added a tutorial item explaining how to move the map.

  • Tutorials will remain properly sequenced from game to game.

Build Up Phase Bug Fixes

  • Flushing your cards on your first build turn will no longer sometimes prevent you from building on your second turn.

  • Floods, Gales and Wildcat Strike will no longer apply their build restrictions to the first two turns of the game when drawn because of a flush card action from a player.

Gameplay Bug Fixes

  • When a player is derailed and they lose a turn during their own turn, they will no longer be able to complete their current turn. You lose the remainder of your current turn and the next turn.

  • When a player is derailed more than once before they lose their turn from the original derailment, they will no longer lose two turns. This scenario can happen in Stuttgart if you turn in and draw both the Frankfurt and Stuttgart derailments. You will only lose your next turn instead of losing two turns.

  • Fixed an issue where losing a turn with a forfeited player in the game could sometimes cause the next turn buttons to become stuck.

  • When a river floods, connected cities should now be properly computed during regular game play and during the win condition round.

  • The flooding around Beograd has been fixed.

  • Fixed a data issue where crossing the inlet due south of Newcastle was not charging the correct build cost.

  • East from the ferry port near Antwerpen now properly charges for an inlet crossing.

  • All of the inlet crossings near Arhus and Kobenhaven should be charging the correct build cost.

  • Nodes southeast and east of Warszawa now properly charge for crossing the river.

  • Nodes northwest of Szczecin charge the correct build cost for crossing the ocean inlet.

  • Nodes on the inlet area west of Sarajevo will now charge you for building across them.

  • Nodes southwest of Stockholm on the coastline will now properly charge for the inlet.

  • Derailment for Lisbon now reads Lisboa to match the map name.

  • Events that were drawn during initial draw are now properly shuffled back into the deck.

User Interface Bug Fixes

  • Player list is now properly updating on turn loss.

  • When someone loses a turn, turn and round count are now updated correctly.

  • Fixed issues with resource and city highlights remaining longer than they should.

  • Fixed an issue where selected demands on a card would still be selected in a subsequent game.

  • Event effects on map nodes will no longer persist from game to game.

  • Players no longer have to use the SHIFT key for movement when they are isolated on someone else's track.

  • We have added a seed to our deck logic and output this to the log. We have plans to use this in a "Seed of the Week" type recurring content feature at some point in the future. (coming soon)

  • Pause and Solo stats buttons are no longer visible in a multiplayer game played after a solo challenge mode game.

  • Added "0 = Disabled" to the text description of the Timer Duration game rule to better clarify how to turn off the timer.

  • Clicking reset game settings as the host, will no longer change the timer duration.

  • Added news to the home page of the application so that we can communicate this stuff and other news in the game client. We'll still post to Steam and Discord.

  • Fixed an issue where changing the lobby's visibility didn't work. It works now.

  • Test clients can now only play with other test clients and will only see lobbies created by other test clients.

  • Removed your steam ticket data from the Unity log file.

  • Disconnected clients that result in the pause screen showing "Display Name" for a player will no longer prevent that player from being kicked.

  • Fixed an issue that was telling clients that the Host disconnected when it was the local client that was disconnecting.

  • Added Toast messages for when your client is showing network errors.

  • Reconnecting to a previous game should be more reliable.

  • The Share button will no longer allow you to copy the results of a solo game to the clipboard when the starting game parameters were modified.

  • Added a confirmation to the bug report dialog.

  • Forfeiting a player will now properly return their cards to the discard pile instead of lighting them on fire.

  • Fixed a bunch of minor behind the scenes issues that were annoying us.

Thank you to all our players for their continued support and feedback as we continually improve the game.
