Difficulty setting now available! (version 1.2.3)

I won't lie to you: I like games presenting a certain amount of challenge, and Emerge was made with this mindset. However, it is time to acknowledge that not everyone has the time or patience to master a challenging game. Therefore, I added a "Relaxed" game mode. By clicking the Options panel, you can set the difficulty to either "Normal" (default) or "Relaxed". You can change this setting anywhere in the game except during combat. The Relaxed mode changes the following settings in the game:
changedEnemy max health is reduced by 30%
changedYou get +5 credits per economy point
changedTeam member unlock costs have been reduced by 25%

  • You get +5 credits per economy point

  • You get 10-12 crystals per turn

  • Team member unlock costs have been reduced by 25%

As always, feedback and suggestions are welcome. Finally, I would like to inform you that Emerge will participate in the Weelkong Deal starting May 22 2017, with a 50% discount.
