New Update!
Since I was a student, I loved seeing all the weird and fun events games would hold on April Fools' Day. Now that I have my own game, it feels like I have to add something special on this day! This update introduces a few more new towers, a limited-time April Fools' character, and a mode that randomly mixes maps from four different regions.
As it's an April Fools' event, the new character is designed...differently compared to others. It might feel a bit luck-based or unbalanced, but...it's April Fools'! It’s the perfect time to add something that wouldn't normally make it into the game. (If you've been in the Discord for over a year, you might have already guessed what it is :P)
The current plan is to remove this character in the next update (around early to mid-May), or to leave it in the game and flag it as a special event character if people really like it (Since it's not decided yet, the game will show that the character will be removed in the next update). So...leave a comment after trying it and let me know what you think! I'm really curious to hear what people think about special events like this.
In the next update, I’m planning to start working on the extra difficulty mode (...ascension?). The current idea is to have different options before starting a game, allowing players to decide how much additional challenge they want to take on. Since I'll need a lot of player feedback for balancing this mode, the plan is to make and release a part of it first, then complete it over two or three updates. Also, there will be more poison towers added to balance the number of towers across each element.
That’s it for now, enjoy the update and happy April Fools' Day!

New Features
New Character: JOKER (April Fools' Limited - Will be removed in the next update!)
A clown from another dimension. In his world, blocks are precious resources!

In this mode, each battle will randomly choose a map from one of the four regions.
Some players have suggested a marathon mode that combines all four regions in one run, but after trying it, balancing turned out to be a massive problem (basically requiring two separate settings for all the RNG), and a single run would become wayyyyyy too long (...I got tired halfway through Frost Ruins and started questioning my life when I beat the Skeleton King). So I’m trying this version first to see how it goes!
New Towers:
Torch Tower (1x1): Rapidly fires torches with a chance to bounce upon hitting targets.
Icespike Tower (2x2): Launches massive, sharp spikes.
Frost Ray Tower (1x2): Fires a freezing beam that damages enemies in a straight line.
Scorch Tower (3x3+): Shoots flames in four directions and spins. You can freely control its rotation direction.
Scythe Tower (2x3): The first L-shaped tower!
Froststorm Tower (3x3): Summons a powerful freezing tornado on the battlefield!
Gameplay Adjustments:
Chill Effect: Now applies a stackable effect. Each stack slows enemies by 5% over 2.5 seconds, up to a maximum of 7 stacks.
Tower's upgrade options are now visible in the tooltip.
Demon Flame:
Towers will no longer be destroyed when the player takes damage.
