Gear Presets:
Increased max presets from 10 to 20 (gold price won't increase after the first 10)
You can now give each preset up to two icons to allow any combinations to build them
Added a new lock icon in case you just want to use a preset to lock items

Moved Steel Toed Boots from light to heavy armor (only applies for new generated ones)
Added glossary entry for adventure event monsters: Werewolf, The Captain, The Kraken, Siren & Pegasus
