Embers of the Uncrowned changes
The Defense of the Spring is a battlefield you can challenge anytime throughout Steam Next Fest.
We've prepared a special Defender of the Spring event for the Embers who joined us for Steam Next Fest.
Defeat monsters and claim your rewards.

※ The rewards listed in this notice are for reference only. In-game content may differ from what is described. Please check the in-game event menu after logging in for accurate details.
※ All play records and rewards obtained during the Steam Next Fest demo will be reset prior to the official launch.
Event Overview
This event consists of two parts, both launching simultaneously with Steam Next Fest. Each part offers different rewards — take on the Defense of the Spring and claim them all.

Events
1. Monster Defeat Challenge Event
How it works
Take part in the Defense of the Spring in the Amber Coast and Towerstead regions and defeat monsters to accumulate Skill Gem enhancement materials.
The challenge refreshes every day for two days — complete each one to claim every reward.
※ Challenge progress resets daily at 05:00 Area time at the end of each day.
2. Ranking Event
How it works
Earn points by defeating monsters and compete against fellow Embers in the same Realm for the top spot. Those who reach the top ranks will receive a special mount.
Ranking Event Details
The Ranking Event begins simultaneously with Steam Next Fest, and you'll compete against Embers within the same Realm.
Day 1 start times vary by Area depending on the Steam Next Fest launch time. Please keep this in mind, and be sure to join Day 2, where all Areas start at the same time.
Ranking rewards are delivered via mailbox for Day 1 and Day 2 separately. Players who achieve a top rank each day can receive rewards for both days. Note: if you already own the mount, receiving a duplicate will not add it again to your mount system.
※ A Realm refers to a server within an Area.
※ Ranking rewards become available at 05:00 Area time after each day's ranking is finalized.

How to Earn Points
Points can only be earned in Defense of the Spring battles at the following three locations: Sulfur Spring, Hidden Valley Spring, and Rocky Terrain Spring.
※ Points are not counted in Defense of the Spring battles outside these three locations. Please make sure to check before participating.
Regular Monster: 1 pt
Elite Monster: 5 pts
Boss Monster: 20 pts (includes mid-bosses and the final boss)
