Emberfall Demo release!

After months of hard work on this new concept, I’m thrilled to release the Emberfall demo—just in time for the Steam Next Fest!

🔥 What to expect in the demo:

• Fully compatible and playable on the Steam Deck (use the "scout" launcher option, not Proton).

• Some upgrades are available in the shop to help you start stronger!

• Two exclusive achievements can be unlocked only in the demo!

• 20+ different upgrades to experiment with.

• 10+ different enemies to fight against.

• One map is available, but there are multiple ways to find your escape!

• Steam Input integration —should work with any controller!

• Steam Cloud support (shared with the full game), so your progress will carry over to the full game.

🚀 What’s next?

I plan to launch Emberfall in Early Access so I can continue improving the game with your feedback and ideas!

Here’s what’s in the works:

• different maps

• more monsters, especially those that can shoot at you

• more features to unlock, that let you progress in the map

• new type of attacks, including ranged attacks

• new AOE abilities

• a boss system (haven’t tested it yet, but I think it could work!).

• collectibles and chests to discover

• Co-op mode that you could play with a friend on a special map!
