What changed
- Fixes
- Gameplay
- UI and audio
- Balance
We owe you honesty.
Emberbane did not launch in the state it should have. Some sections feel thin. Some content is incomplete. There are bugs and rough edges that should have been resolved before release. That responsibility is ours.
We made the wrong call on when the game was ready to launch. We believed the core was strong - and it is - but the overall experience needed more time and more work. That decision is on us.
Right now, our full focus is on fixing and strengthening the game:
Immediate hotfixes for critical bugs and collision issues
Filling empty combat sections and improving enemy placement
Completing missing content that should have been there at launch
UI polish and visual consistency fixes
Balance adjustments for early progression
We are actively working on these improvements.
Our priority is delivering visible progress first. Once we have concrete improvements in place, we will share a detailed and realistic roadmap for what comes next.
Emberbane’s combat, movement, and world structure are foundations we stand behind. Now our responsibility is to bring every part of the game up to that standard.
If you’ve shared criticism, we hear it. Our focus now is earning back your trust through action.
All we can do now is keep working and let the updates speak for themselves.
You will see progress.
