In MMA, talent isn’t enough.
Fighters have egos, ambitions, and breaking points and your job isn’t just to manage careers it’s to survive the chaos around them.
Elite MMA Manager is a deep management sim where you build a roster of fighters you represent, negotiate contracts, and navigate a constantly changing MMA world. Every decision matters - from who you sign, to when you take a risky fight, to how you handle a fighter after a brutal loss or some unexpected event.
But this isn’t just about stats.
Fighters have personalities. Some are disciplined professionals. Others are crazy and unpredictable. Rivalries can form, morale can crash, and one bad decision can derail a promising career.
I’m currently focused on:
Finalizing the core UI and overall structure
Expanding fighter personality and behavior systems
Making the world feel more dynamic and reactive
I’ll be sharing regular updates as development continues, and I’m planning to open more ways to follow the game soon.
