Version 1.1.0 brings BEATinf. and scalable window size

Ekstase keeps on getting better with the latest update introducing a new game mode and adding scalable windowed mode.

Introducing BEATinf., Ekstase's new beat mode.

Elleraiser requested an endless BEAT99 mode. I thought that would be cool too, so I patched it in. Think of it as free dlc ;). In BEATinf. you have to move on the beat. With every successful drop, your multiplier increases. But when you miss a beat, the multiplier goes back to 1x!

Nick requested a scalable windowed mode. This also solves the issues some other people had with non-traditional screen sizes. So, download the latest update and give it a try!
