Update Specifics:
Added 3 quests and unique 3 prizes for Foolish Fool's Day
Fixed glitch where player in certain circumstances would be unable to progress into the Duos Colosseum even after defeating the 4th battle in the regular Colosseum.
Slightly updated characters actions in and look of Elnae Inn.
Buffed "Void" weapons to average 30% miss chance instead of 50%
Nerfed the spear "Shatter" by lowering the duration of the "Frostbite" status effect to 3 turns, insead of 3 to 5 turns.
