Edge of Space changes
The next patch will be soon and will be focused on rounding off some steam integration. We will also be focused on solving crash issues and launcher related issues. With this patch we are cleaning up some loose ends. We are adding some user experience features that should help smooth out the process for new users.
Sound boxes have been added
Now you can make alarms, special tones on entry of your base, or create a song. We will be expanding on these heavily as we go through so we hope you enjoy
Swarm Crab aggro range reduced from 15 to 10
Swarm Crab damage decreased from 11 to 5
Burst text will now pop up over your head and read out what you have
picked up
Radium has been added back into resource generation
Grass and Trees now drop components
Jelly health has been reduced across the board but resistances have not changed
Updated Med pack description to make it clear on how it works
Reduced pick up range from 3.5 to 2.8
Currently you can not pick up Loot chests
Fixes:
Cleaned up some resolution display issues
Grass and trees now drop components
Cleaned up weapon tool tip numbers
Moved crab spawning down to ensure the starting pod will spawn outside of their spawn range
Treasure chests no longer re-spawn loot on restart or placement
Cleaned up categories and schematic graphics that were missing
Reduced pick up noise significantly
Cleaned up some schematic typos
Fixed a condition that could cause creatures not to spawn on re-entering the world
Ensure resource types never run off the tooltip
