addedThe most requested feature is definitely the ability to customize your heroes , so it's finally possible! You can now customize your starting crew and your new recruits, and I won't thank you for that, it was really painful to implement! But you were right, I'm really glad it's possible, as now I probably spend more time on the character creation screen than in the game...
addedThe second request is a major change, I added a combat auto resolve option! It was also tricky to implement, but now I'm using the heroes level, training, equipment and health data to simulate a combat and present you an outcome. And then you can choose to manually do the combat if needed. By default, you have the auto resolve option in the main map, but not in dungeons, and as always I added game options to change this behavior to what you prefer.
addedFinally, the last feature added is the minimap ! It's the kind of feature that once you tried it, you really start wondering how it was possible to play without it, so thanks a lot for requesting it!

Hi adventurers,

The content for this update was quite easy to select, I just took the three most requested features from your feedback and added them to the game! So let me introduce you the Community Update:

  • The most requested feature is definitely the ability to customize your heroes, so it's finally possible! You can now customize your starting crew and your new recruits, and I won't thank you for that, it was really painful to implement! But you were right, I'm really glad it's possible, as now I probably spend more time on the character creation screen than in the game...

  • The second request is a major change, I added a combat auto resolve option!

  • Finally, the last feature added is the minimap! It's the kind of feature that once you tried it, you really start wondering how it was possible to play without it, so thanks a lot for requesting it!

Here's the complete changelog:

  • Added a combat auto resolve option.

  • Added the ability to enable or disable the auto resolve option for the main map and dungeons in the game settings.

  • Added the ability to customize the look of the heroes in the crew creation screen.

  • Added the ability to customize the look of the heroes in the recruit screen.

  • Added the ability to display a minimap (with fog of war support if enabled).

A final note about reviews, last time I was quite happy that I mostly had positive ones recently, but since the last update I mostly received negative ones... So rest assured that I work hard to improve and solve the issues you report in reviews, but please, before posting a review, don't hesitate to reach out to me on the forums or with the in-game feedback system! Solving crashes or bugs is always my topmost priority, and I'm really sorry that you must face some, but by interacting with you I can actually most of the time easily fix those issues. And if you have balancing issues, it's actually the whole purpose of this early access and community driven development to improve it, so don't hesitate to start discussing it with me.
