Thank you for your feedback on discord and the forums!
Here's the new update addressing some of them:
All modules, classes and tactics are now unlocked (no more unlock points).
Competitive mode is unlocked at level 3.
When time runs out and both bases took the same amount of damage, the game switches to Sudden Death mode: the first player to damage the enemy base wins and the unit budget maluses are removed.
Your opponent AIs are visible in training and campaign modes.
