Patch Notes for v0.17.5

Gameplay & Feel

  • Increased crafting and invention speed

  • Haulables easier to pick up

  • Adjusted haulable float time based on feedback

  • Polished roll animation

  • Added Crawler damage flinch animations

  • Added Construct damage flinch animations

These directly improve moment-to-moment gameplay, combat feel, and interaction responsiveness.

Known Issues Affecting Some Players

  • We’re continuing to make progress against resolving invincible enemies. Although we’ve reduced the frequency of the bug, it may still appear from time to time.

    • Exiting to the main menu and reloading the world should resolve this

  • On very rare occasions, if your ship is destroyed, you will respawn and fall continually.
