changedIn the game description, I’ve shown the core features of the project — those won’t change. They represent the base of the experience I want to build. I wouldn’t exactly call it a mix of a tram simulator and a detective adventure — but those two ideas come very close to describing the essence of the project. For the protagonist, his job holds deep meaning — it’s what he was originally created for, the reason he came off the assembly line. But the city — alive and unpredictable — won’t let him ignore the events unfolding around him. I want to give players the freedom to choose their own style of play: whether it’s simply staying a tram driver and enjoying the rhythm of the rails, or diving into the layered mysteries like a true detective — there will be plenty to discover either way.
addedIf you’d like to support the project, the best way right now is to add the game to your wishlist and share the link wherever you can . This is an indie pet project, and for now, I’m developing it entirely on my own. Your support directly shapes the future of ECHO RAILWAY — and it truly means the world to me.

Welcome aboard, passenger! 🚋

Today marks a milestone for the project, and I’m excited to finally share it here on the ECHO RAILWAY Steam page!

It all started with an idea to create a trailer for a game that doesn’t exist — something I originally saw as a portfolio piece. But even before I began creating it, I approached the task as if I were developing a real game: I wrote design documents and shaped a full creative vision.

The feedback was so warm and inspiring that I made the decision to turn this "nonexistent" game into a real one. ECHO RAILWAY is now in early development, with a demo version planned in the future.

So what inspires ECHO RAILWAY? In many ways, it’s a fusion of everything I love — the romance of vast old cities, the mood of noir stories tinged with hazy psychedelia, a passion for public transportation, jazz, retro-futuristic sci-fi, and much more. The metropolis in this world isn’t a specific place — it’s a blend of cultures, eras, and emotions. A place where everyone can feel like they belong.

Right now, more than ever, we need stories that bring people together. Someday, I hope players from around the world can feel a solitude in this strange city — not by fighting for a place in it, but simply by stepping aboard an old tram and letting the ride take them wherever it goes.

If you’d like to support the project, the best way right now is to add the game to your wishlist and share the link wherever you can. This is an indie pet project, and for now, I’m developing it entirely on my own. Your support directly shapes the future of ECHO RAILWAY — and it truly means the world to me.
