  • Fixed several crash conditions and freezes (inspect screen, pause menu, teleporter auto-walk, combat exit issues)

  • Corrected multiple visibility swap issues across Downtown, Suburb, Forest, Cemetery, and VHS Store scenes

  • Fixed softlocks with companions teleporting incorrectly, failing to resume idle, or getting stuck in rotation overrides

  • Fixed audio stack cleanup, SFX fade-outs, and issues with sounds playing after despawn

  • Resolved timeline issues in Train Hangar, Lab, Tractor, and other interaction-heavy scenes

Save Game & Progression Improvements

  • Better legacy save migration, including visited-area sync, journal fallback logic, and failsafes

  • Fixed total time played, achievement unlock checks, and journal state resets

  • Improved handling of reading/exporting Steam save data and validation on level load

Gameplay & Interaction Fixes

  • Fixed multi-condition logic for interactive encounters and conditions that previously only updated on level load

  • Improved teleportation, fast travel overlap checks, and companion-follow behaviors

  • Combat camera fixes (zoom, pan, cached value overrides)

  • Updated Blopo shield logic so it properly blocks status effects

  • Numerous combat setup fixes and fail-safe improvements across various encounters

  • Updated Werewolf, Prom Ghost, Skull, Sister, Anime Kid, Ghost Cat, and others for behavior and animation polish

  • Updated physics components and related rig integrations

  • Art updates across multiple character materials, textures, and props

UI Improvements

  • Main Menu save slots better handling of localized text

  • Fixed screen-position tracking for world UI

  • Error dialog formatting, line-splitter fixes

  • Localization updates for journals, UI text, and new story moments

Audio Improvements

  • Added or updated SFX for encounters across Cemetery, Forest, Train Hangar, Tractor area, VHS Store

  • Improved SFX fading, cleanup, handling during pause, and prevention of sound stacking

  • Fixed footsteps, looping SFX, and animation-triggered audio issues

New Story Moment

Security Update

  • Game is using the latest patched version of Unity to address the recently disclosed engine vulnerability (CVE-2025-594 89)
