Dystopia Girls : Countdown changes
After a long development period, we are excited to announce a major system overhaul!
The biggest change in this update is the complete separation of Battle and Story content.
🔄 Key Updates
Battle Mode & Story Mode Fully Separated
We have resolved the previous inconvenience where players had to watch story scenes every time they wanted to replay battles.
Battle Mode: Pure deck-building roguelike combat experience
No story interruptions — jump straight into fast, repeatable runs
Difficulty and balance completely redesigned for combat-focused play
Story Mode: Dedicated mode for enjoying character-specific episodes
Select and watch any character’s story at your own pace
Earn exclusive permanent cards as you progress through stories
Major Combat Balance Overhaul
With Story Mode now separated, we’ve rebuilt the balance entirely around Battle Mode.
Card effects rebalanced, enemy patterns improved, reward structure enhanced.
Overall combat feel, strategy, and satisfaction have been significantly upgraded.
Smoother difficulty curve for both new and veteran players.
Additional Improvements
Enhanced character UI and Story selection screen
Improved card list and deck-building interface
Various bug fixes and performance optimizations
You can now enjoy the game exactly the way you want.
Want to grind strong decks and challenge bosses quickly? → Battle Mode
Want to immerse yourself in the characters’ emotional stories? → Story Mode
We want to thank every player who has supported us, given feedback, and stayed with us through the journey. We hope this update makes Dystopia Girls: Countdown even more fun and replayable for everyone.
