Stuttering because of refresh rate mismatch

If your primary and secondary displays use different refresh rates, you may experience stuttering or uneven video playback. This is not a Dynamic Dungeons Editor-specific issue, but a common limitation of dual-monitor systems. It can become especially noticeable when two 4K videos are playing simultaneously, one on the GM screen and the other in the Editor Player Window on the extended screen. For the best playback experience, make sure both displays use the same refresh rate, and preferably higher than 30 Hz. We strongly recommend setting both the monitor and the connected TV/display to 60 Hz whenever possible.
