To celebrate (I just realized I say this too much, I need new phrases), we're bringing a pretty neat big update to the Dupery demo! This time, the Tick Tock Set is being swapped out for the Scandal Set! These are time-limited, rotating roles so catch these before they're gone.

Scandal Set Roles

  • 🖨️ Journalist | Innocent (Community Role - gv)

    When investigated, I announce your reputation status. When I am lying or tainted I announce a random reputation status that is incorrect.

  • 📰 Publisher | Innocent I announce the address of an uninvestigated good role. If they are still uninvestigated, alive, and not arrested when you solve the case, regain 1 reputation. Starts investigated. When I am lying or tainted I announce the address of an uninvestigated evil role.

  • 🪚 Sawbones | Meddler When investigated, if your reputation status is not good, I kill a random non-Meddler role. I pretend to be a suspected not in play role. When I am tainted I never kill.

  • 🫵🏽 Detractor | Underling If you have excellent reputation at the start of the case, I taint an Innocent role I am not adjacent to. If you have good reputation at the start of the case, I taint an adjacent innocent role. I lie and pretend to be a suspected role.

  • 🚬 Smoker | Traitor (Community Role - Wingidon)

    Underling roles are not revealed when arrested. Your reputation is hidden. I lie and pretend to be a suspected not in play role.

New System: Leads

Leads act as a replacement to the old case selection system.

At the start of a run, pick between three leads, each with a different set of prime suspects. Prime suspects are always suspected, so pick wisely!

After each case, influence the rest of the run by picking one of three events and mark them for approval with your stamps!

The government also only gave us the illusion of choice...
