changedNews and Notes:The Shard Storm enhancement in the Primal Avatar tree now properly requires the upgrade enhancement in Tier 3 in order to grant its hit point buff.
removedNews and Notes:The message "You have attained the Highest level in the Game" no longer displays when reaching level 30.
addedNews and Notes:Invasive Fey Flowers now have a hit box more appropriate for their size to make ranged weapons hit them more reliably.

  • Quick Cutter now properly works with handwraps.
