Upcoming Changes on AUG 4 Maintenance

Please be informed of the following changes that will occur after the maintenance on Tuesday, AUG 4, 2026 UTC.

▣ Temporary Suspension of Ranked Content

To prepare certain ranking content for the Sky of a Thousand Seas update, access to the following content will be temporarily suspended.

• Memories of Triumph will be unavailable from Saturday, AUG 1, 09:00 UTC until the Tuesday, AUG 4 maintenance.

  • Dungeon entry will be restricted as of Saturday, AUG 1, 09:00 UTC, and you will be moved to the Town if in the middle of playing.

  • You will still be able to enter the channel and use its NPCs.

• Unshackled Nightmare (Challenge) will be unavailable from Saturday, AUG 1, 09:00 UTC until Tuesday, SEP 1.

  • Dungeon entry will be restricted as of Saturday, AUG 1, 09:00 UTC, and you will be moved to the Town if in the middle of playing.

  • Unshackled Nightmare (Challenge) will reopen after an adjustment period of approximately one month following the Sky of a Thousand Seas update.

  • Only dungeon entry will be restricted. You will still be able to enter the channel and use its NPCs.

• World Boss: Contagion will be unavailable from Tuesday, JUL 28, 09:00 UTC until the Tuesday, AUG 4 maintenance.

  • This temporary suspension is required to apply the reward changes coming with the Sky of a Thousand Seas update.

  • You will still be able to enter the channel, claim rewards from the previous week, and use the NPC Shop during this period.

▣ Removal of Advanced Dungeons

• White Cloud Valley of Dreams and Solidaris of Dreams will be removed along with their channels.

▣ Removal of Malefic Dungeons

• The Track the Malefic Energy and Annihilate the Maleficents dungeons in the Sunken Depths region will close and be replaced by new dungeons in the Sky of a Thousand Seas region.

• Any Materialized Malefic Clues currently in your possession will automatically be converted into entry materials for the new dungeons.

• Materialized Malefic Clues, including Digming’s Gifts, will no longer be sold in the Secret NPC Shops that appear in Sunken Depths region dungeons.

▣ Removal of Content

• Explorer Club's Insignia/Gem system will be removed.

▣ Repurchase(Rebuy) Tab Reset

• Repurchase(Rebuy) Tab will be reset during the maintenance on Tuesday, AUG 8, 2026 UTC.

▣ Auction Hall Items Returned

• All items registered on the Auction Hall will be returned during the maintenance on Tuesday, AUG 4, 2026 UTC.

▣ Mileage Reset

• Mileage Points will be reset during the maintenance on Tuesday, AUG 4, 2026 UTC.

▣ Update to Mystical Arcane Box Contents

The contents of the Mystical Arcane Box will be updated after the Tuesday, AUG 4, 2026 maintenance.

• New Items – Available from Both Normal and Extra Rewards (effective AUG 4)

  • +13 Reinforcement Ticket Box

  • Single-use Amplifier

  • Single-use Reinforcer

  • Super Megaphone

• New Item – Extra Rewards Only (effective AUG 4)

  • Mystical Arcane Box

• Removed Items – Removed from Both Normal and Extra Rewards (effective AUG 4)

  • Flashy Golden Pot Hat Avatar Box

  • Gold/Silver Danjin Cape Avatar Box

  • Reinforcement Protection Ticket

  • Echo Megaphone

▣ Changes to CERA Shop/Mileage Shop Items

• The following items available from the CERA Shop and Mileage Shop will be changed after the Tuesday, AUG 4, 2026 maintenance.

• Items No Longer Available (effective AUG 4)

  • Echo Megaphone

  • Echo Megaphone (Account-bound)

• New Items (effective AUG 4)

  • Super Megaphone

  • Super Megaphone (Account-bound)

▣ Changes to Security Rewards

• Rewards for Security Levels will be changed after the Tuesday, AUG 4, 2026 maintenance.

• The Security Seal Box grants 50 Security Seals when opened.

• Unopened Security Seal Boxes will be deleted 24 hours after they are delivered to your Mailbox.

• Security Seals can be exchanged for various items at Seria > Security Seal Shop and do not expire.
