The word "Moet" is not always appropriate for a restaurant, and a Chinese restaurant at that. But perhaps it was originally a bar? The owner, a Chinese man, is known as Wang, or "Jack" to some, but he's always thought that foreign name was too corny.
The restaurant has very few dishes, but it has gained a particularly loyal clientele. Some people say that the fried rice is the best. Some say that the xiao long bao here has a unique flavor. Still others, just because they want to be here and meet someone ...... This has become his habit.
