Duelyst II changes
Patch notes for 0.2.40 below. You can also read the patch notes on the Duelyst II website.
Backed by Backers Steam Festival
We were featured in the Backed by Backers Steam Festival! Organized by Crytivo, it celebrates the games that wouldn’t exist without their communities. Check out the festival here, and be sure to check out the Featured tab in the in-game shop to see all the Kickstarter card bundles and skins on sale at 50% off!
The Glitch
Backers played pivotal role in the development of Duelyst II. With this patch, we want to pay homage to the game’s roots. A glitch in the timeline: we’re reverting all the “core set” cards to their original version from three and a half years ago, back when Duelyst just released after a successful Kickstarter. However, this glitch is only temporary. In roughly a month the cards will be reverted back to their present-day version. Enjoy a little bit of chaos in the meantime!
Bug Fixes
Fixed desync issues caused when Synchronic Abomination ends the game.
Fixed desyncs caused by playing Firewhirl after Assassination Protocol.
Fixed Next button not working when claiming 0 season rewards.
Improved memory usage in AI games to improve backend stability.
Mech Updates
S.I.L.V.E.R
Shield now counts as a basic keyword and can be gained by S.I.L.V.E.R’s ability.
Project Ω
[Old] Neutral | Legendary | Minion | 4 | 1 / 1 | When you summon a Mech, double this unit’s Attack and Health. [New] Neutral | Legendary | Minion | 3 | 1 / 1 | Shield At the end of each turn, if you control a Mech with higher Attack or Health, double this unit’s Attack and Health.
