Drywall Eating Simulator changes
Hi everyone! Studio head Jax here, we're officially back from break, we've been going through the forums and discord to see what remaining bugs people are dealing with, and have a handful of fixes that should take care of them. We're only planning one more big patch early next week to get us verified on Steam Deck (though the game runs fine from our tests and feedback!) but we're going to still be looking for any blockers people are experiencing.
Thank you so much for everyone who's supported us! We had no idea what to expect when we launched this thing, and seeing everyone's takes and reactions have been hugely motivating for us to keep going and making more games in the future. I don't really know when or what or how we'll come back but we are going to do our best to return with more games in the future. :)
Anyway - BUGFIXES:
Player physics pass, no more floating in the stairs in the office!
VFX now scales better with screen size - things should look less blurry on smaller screens now! (Helps with Steam Deck and docking a lot!)
We are planning in the next patch to add some granular options to toggle VFX on and off completely, this should help in the meantime!
Fixed some UI scaling issues at different resolutions for main menu and loading screens.
Fixed Snake_Oyl office quest sometimes not completing correctly.
Fixed wall behind tired boss not lighting up correctly after completing the quest.
