Dear players, Hi! My name is Fish. I am from Drums Hero's independent development team. I am in charge of the overall planning and design of our game. I wish we could be friends through this game.ːsteamhappyː:) We carefully check every feedback of each player since Drums Hero release date. We make the greatest efforts to analyze and solve the players’ problems in the game in order to give the players better experience. After a month of efforts, we launched the 1.1 version. We sincerely wish that players can communicate with us in the user community. We welcome each player participate in the game development process. Now let's take a look at the 1.1 version.
In order to celebrate this significant update, we will launch the weeklong discount from 15th May. to 21st May. Hope you will like it! Thanks!

We add at least one song every week until we finish the ten tracks of the second album. More songs’ copyright is in the contract process, we will continue to add more great music into the game.
Music adjustment:
Easy mode renamed Fun Mode, the following songs’ easy mode were reworked. We think that interest is more important than difficulty upgrading. And we still retain the six easy mode music to ensure the new users could start smoothly

We use the UGUI remake the UI interface. We solve the UI text clarity problem. We use the album + song structure. Players can easily manage hundreds of songs. After that we will launch more different theme album to promote more high-quality original music.
settings option temporarily not open, because we are currently considering the functions as below 1.background music volume adjustment 2.player percussion drum volume adjustment 3.Perfect judgment offset adjustment 4.scene and drums model replacement (it seems the news leaked out (*>. <*)) Do you have any better idea? Interaction
We found on the players in the game often accidentally press the pause button from the YouTube video. A player from Taiwan find that he can put the drum down to sit down to play after standing more than an hour. '(*> ﹏ <*)' ~ UI operation and interface should be compatible with the controller, htc vive, oculus and a variety of computer keyboard model. After repeated thinking, we decided to PC version and VR version completely separated. We decided to retain only the VR mode the current version , and the interactive way also changed to the traditional VR interactive mode. Of course, we did not give up non-VR users. We will released the Drums Hero PC version. And this version will be free for the VR users who purchase the game before the Drums Hero PC released.
Withdraw the PC mode only retains the VR mode.
We will soon release a separate version of the PC mode, which will be an unique game.
UI interaction changes to VR ray mode.
Pause button changing to the physical console in the game. You no longer have to worry about accidentally pause. * ^ _ ^ *
More intuitive drums position adjustment: hold the trigger when dragging the direction of the ball, you can adjust the drums position.
No matter how to move, the bass drum will be keep on the floor
Scene
Increase the pre load of the scene, dramatically improve the scene frame rate, and more stability.
The new score panel, the future will support lyrics display. I think it's better to play and sing, but please be careful do not to disturb the neighbors.
Added new decorations.
Added turning roads and slopes.
Added a visual animation for the bass drum. Rhythm perception is stronger, although there is no foot action tracking, players can try to add their own action to play. Believe me, after a period of practice, you can show on the real drums. It's not only a game, but also you can use it as a learning tool for the drums. Maybe we will cooperate with the foot equipment to increase the learning mode of drums performance.
Combo effects
Cancel some exorbitant performance trailing effects animation. Music game on the sensitivity of the frame rate more than other types of games. So we must ensure the stability of the picture. Based on that, we've added other combo effects.
Combo to reach 25, 50, 100, 150 will have the new animation effects. Keep the combo will make the scene more and more fascinating!
Percussion feel optimization
We add a few seconds preload before the game start of. The scene frame rate increased by 30% to 50%, and more stability.
Equipment tracking loss will cause the screen to be out of sync with the music. This problem occurs only in HTC VIVE hardware. We are still trying to solve the problem to ensure that when lost, music and picture synchronization. We recommend htc users connect two tracking positioning device before starting the game.
We slow down the notation speed and background sound to match for every song. Most of the players are not professionals, so we set slightly wide scope of the note determine. Hit the drum in the determining line will be the most accurate.
