Instructions for Manually Migrating Your Dropzone Account

Greetings everyone. Recently Dropzone's publishing was switched from Gameforge to Sparkypants internally. There was an in-game message during a 5 week window asking for each players' permission to migrate their account, but it's possible some of you accidentally chose "No" instead of "Yes", or you just weren't logged in during the 5 weeks leading up to the migration. If this is the case and you have recently logged in to discover everything has been reset, please do not worry. Simply send a support ticket to Gameforge with your SteamID and previous in-game Dropzone name and your account will be manually migrated over for you! :) GF support ticket URL: https://support.gameforge.com/ If you do not know your SteamID, please read the Steam support link below or follow these instructions to properly get your SteamID. https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=1558-QYAX-1965 SteamID Instructions: 1) Open up your Steam client and choose View, then click Settings 2) Choose Interface and check the box that reads, "Display Steam URL address when available" 3) Click OK 4) Now click on your Steam Profile Name and select View Profile Your SteamID will be listed in the URL at the top left (it's the 17 digit number at the end.) If you have a custom URL, the number will not be listed. In that case, just give us the entire URL. Thank you everyone for your patience. We know it sucks to feel like you've lost everything. Nothing is lost forever though, we'll fix it. :) Please let me know if any problems arise after your account has been migrated! Best, Deckard
