The revealing trailer offers a poignant look at the beauty and harmony of Palestinian life before the 1948 Nakba. The evocative, pre-rendered graphics mirror the true richness of Palestinian culture, nature and daily life, as well as the devastating impact of the 1948 Nakba. The trailer culminates with Khadra’s escape from Al Tantura, following the infamous massacre that erased her town from history.

Dreams on a Pillow’s creator Rasheed Abueideh comments “This game has lived in my mind for years. Watching the suffering of my people in recent times has made me realize just how important it is to tell this story. We are creating a game with a deep commitment to historical authenticity and emotional resonance. The art style and animations are crafted to truly reflect the beauty of Palestine and its people.”

On crowdfunding - we have currently raised $48,580, with an extra $5,000 donated from LaunchGood towards it. You can support the LaunchGood campaign here. Thank you for your continued support, and kind words, it means a lot to the team here and it's giving a wonderful morale boost during challenging times through the campaign. - The Dreams on a Pillow Team
