Let’s start with a bit of thanks!

Thanks to the 13,000 players who bought our game in Early Access, we know it might have been a bit unpolished, the 20,000 players who wishlisted it, the 600 of you who filled out our Google Forms and helped shape the game, and the 178 players who took the time to leave a review. We read and listened to every piece of feedback.

From endless playtests and 1:1 interviews to pure passion for our indie project, the Dreadline community has been instrumental in shaping the game. We don’t want to call out names, but you know who you are, and we’re grateful for each and every one of you.

The entire Mana Brigade team thanks you. ❤️ You’re the reason game development is so rewarding.

Welcome to Dreadline: Net Quota!

Full Release

The fog has lifted. The sea is deeper. And the line is tighter than ever.

After Early Access, we didn’t just fix things we expanded the world, sharpened the danger, and filled the ocean with new reasons to panic.

🌲New Biome: Tree-Infested Waters

A brand new region, grown wild and hostile.

  • Dense, overgrown islands with new layouts and landmarks

  • Unique fog, lighting, weather, and soundscape

  • New fish species exclusive to the biome

  • New NPCs, newspapers, and environmental storytelling

It’s darker. It’s tighter. But watch out, something may be watching from the trees… 👀

🐟A Much Bigger Ocean

Fishing has evolved.

  • A large wave of new fish across all biomes

  • Expanded rarity tiers and loot tables

  • New legendary targets and large roaming fish

  • Improved fish visuals, size clarity, and previews

If you thought you’d “seen everything” - you haven’t.

🎯Spearfishing & Large Fish Hunts

A new way to risk everything.

  • Speargun progression unlocked through play

  • Large fish encounters that demand coordination

  • New behaviors, animations, and audio feedback

  • Dedicated tutorial spaces to learn the ropes

These aren’t quick catches. They fight back.

👁️New Monsters & Unpredictable Threats

The sea no longer plays fair.

  • New enemies including Siren, Spider, Eyelurker, and roaming sea horrors

  • Randomized monster pools per run

  • Stronger audio cues, clearer tells, and nastier surprises

No two voyages feel the same - and safety is never guaranteed.

⚡Ship Emergencies & Survival Systems

Your boat will betray you.

  • Hull breaches and active repair gameplay

  • Electrical failures with a fusebox minigame

  • Reworked engine damage, alarms, and lighting

  • Stronger feedback when things start going wrong

Ignoring the ship is no longer an option.

🌫️The World Pushes Back

Exploration now has teeth.

  • Dynamic weather and biome specific tweaks to set the mood

  • Expanded island layouts and vertical exploration

Go too far… and the sea doesn’t forgive.

📖Better Onboarding, Better Information

Still mysterious - just less confusing.

  • Reworked tutorial flow to prepare you for the new gear

  • Newspapers that actually teach you how to survive

  • Fish Journal tracking discoveries and progression

  • Clearer quotas, rewards, and run feedback

You’re still learning on the job - but now the job explains itself.

🎧 Sound, Social & Immersion Pass

Everything hits harder.

  • Expanded ambient soundscape and monster audio

  • New music tracks and full final audio mix

  • Improved VOIP with individual player volume sliders

  • More emotes, animations, and chaos between crewmates

Silence is heavier. Screams carry farther.

🎃Events, Achievements & Long-Term Progress

Your runs leave a mark.

  • Seasonal events like Halloween, Winter, and Shark Week

  • Event-exclusive fish, cosmetics, and rewards

  • Reworked achievements with proper progression

  • Persistent unlocks across playthroughs

Miss one, and it’s gone.

♻️ Other fixes

That’s not all, we’ve also fixed

  • Fish Size Display on Catch

  • Spawn Rates Scale With Player Count

  • FOV Slider

  • Crosshair Always Visible

  • Receipt zooming and clarity

  • Equipment icons shown on HUD

  • Screen shake for damage & impacts

And much more!

🚢 This Is Dreadline Now

This isn’t just “out of Early Access”.

It’s a bigger world, meaner oceans, and more reasons to push your luck.

Whether you’re returning or casting your line for the first time - the sea is ready.
