DREADHOLM changes
## Systems
GUILDS
Create a guild via the Guild Registrar, buy a charter and use it to create a guild.
Access to the guilds panel (G default), when not in a guild will show a list of guilds currently in the game, when in a guild it will have a members panel where you can view online members and manage your guild if you are the owner, and a permissions panel where you can set permissions for certain ranks in your guild.
Guild Housing is available in game with the starter plots being a total of FIVE. This means only five guilds initially will be able to have access to a guild plot. There is a plot near Ashvale at the Agility course, near Barbarian Village, Near Melis, near Agility Arena, and finally one on the island of Thornhaven.
Guild Halls are private instances, buying one gives you access to your guild bank, allowing you to store items and gold for use by members or for guild upgrades.
Guild artisan will also be available inside the guild hall allowing you to purchase guild based access to crafting benches. Some benches are locked behind guild tiers for the time being and can change based off of feedback.
Guilds will go from T1 -> T3, but on release we will only have T1. We will use data from the coming weeks to balance the prices for upgrades and more.
Personal Bank Changes
Banks now have multiple tabs. All bankers in game (aside from guild bankers), now will offer you the option to buy more tabs, with each purchase the next tab becomes more expensive. The first item in each tab dictates the visible item on the tab allowing for further organization. Sort happens per tab, deposits happen per tab.
NPC Shops now support item for item trades in preparation for our Summer Event.
## Reworks
Skeleton Overlord complete combat rework. Removed HP based enrage in place of a timed combat ramp up. Brand new kit that punishes all roles accordingly.
