fixedfixed issue where HOT/WARM/COOL tags would display differently on recruit card vs recruit screen - fixed issue where new teams were not appearing in standings of independent conference in promotion/relegation league - changed HTML output to fix conference standings pages and also link team pages to conference standings - fixed rare issue where if the ball was knocked out of bounds after a broken press and missed layup attempt the defense would not reset properly on next play
