changedGameplay fixes:
addedPopups now have more breathing room between appearances, so you’re no longer overwhelmed all at once.
changedBoard ultimatum timer increased, giving more time to read before the clock starts.
changedHigh Risk mode difficulty reduced: risk growth and late-game escalation tuned down, previously too punishing.
changedNo Severance satisfaction decay reduced: the mode was stacking too many penalties at once.

Gameplay fixes:

  • Popups now have more breathing room between appearances, so you’re no longer overwhelmed all at once.

  • Board ultimatum timer increased, giving more time to read before the clock starts.

  • Cost cutter opportunity now only activates once you’ve started processing employees.

  • Popup text shortened and clarified for faster decision making.

Mode balancing:

  • High Risk mode difficulty reduced: risk growth and late-game escalation tuned down, previously too punishing.

  • No Severance satisfaction decay reduced: the mode was stacking too many penalties at once.

  • Fixed bug where retrying in High Risk mode launched Normal mode instead.

Save system improvements:

  • DeleteSave() / Lose/Retry path: Only deletes the save for the mode you just lost in. Losing High Risk no longer wipes your Standard save.

  • StartNewRun() / New run path: Only wipes the save for the mode you’re starting. Starting a fresh Standard run no longer nukes your High Risk progress.

UX improvements:

  • Tooltip guide added to the User Guide, explaining how to enable and use tooltips.

  • UNFAZED ASSET achievement description updated for clarity.
