Hey Everyone,
Tonight's patch adds in one of the most highly-requested features as an alternate gamemode - random spawns! This is our first iteration of the gamemode, so it's probably not balanced perfectly at the moment, so make sure you jump in, have a game, and give us your feedback on it! Read on for the full patchnotes. Additions and Improvements
Added Random Spawns gamemode -Players will still start off in the lobby area, but will be teleported (placeholder) to a random spawnpoint at round start.
Reduced axe damage slightly
Reduced knife damage slightly
Increased AKM spawn rate in guard towers
Increased Makarov spawn rate in low residential areas
VOIP is now rebindable in the launcher
Bloom effect now applies to the first-person camera, if toggled
Bug fixes
Fixed Main Menu UI on 4:3 and 16:10 aspect ratios
Player Inventory GUIs will no longer reset when a new player/spectator joins the server
Smoothed helicopter movement
Fixed issue where a dead player could still deal damage with a melee weapon, if they had started swinging it before dying
When loading into a server, other servers in the list become un-clickable
