Hey Dragon Warriors!
We’re back with a quick update to share some exciting news: Jeff and Abore are officially joining the roster of Double Dragon Gaiden: Rise of the Dragons as free DLC characters on May 6!
We had originally mentioned an April release, but made the call to spend a bit more time fine-tuning the experience to make sure both fighters are as fun and polished as possible. Thank you for your patience—it’s almost time.
Meet the New Challengers
JEFF
A childhood rival of the Lee brothers, Jeff trained in Sōsetsuken but couldn’t keep up with their skills. Frustrated and determined to prove himself, he abandoned the honorable path and forged his own ruthless style—blending street smarts with martial arts in a way that hits hard and hits dirty.
ABORE
Towering, quiet, and unstoppable—Abore is a former soldier whose brute force makes him feel less like a man and more like a machine. With calm precision and devastating strength, Abore clears a path through enemies like a wrecking ball in slow motion.
These new additions bring more variety to your brawling experience and open up brand-new strategies for solo and co-op play. Whether you're jumping in for the first time or returning to test new team combos, Jeff and Abore pack a punch.
