Doppel Hunter Playtest V0.3 Update:

List of Changes:

  • Changed the main game loop so you have to get points each round to win. You score points for each player you eliminate.

  • Score progress bar

  • A few random bug/crash fixes. Meteors crashing the game (so inconsiderate...)

  • Stuff now catches on fire to appease the pyromaniacs out there. Gotta feel that buzz

  • Players are assigned a color for GUI purposes

  • Changed the interaction with the custom game computers in the lobby so they are less... intrusive

  • More things can get hit by cars and trains (This was a high priority for me. Need more Frogger action)

  • Numerous small GUI and visual changes

What's Next??

  • Starting to do some actual marketing (dragging my feet too much lol)

  • Fix bugs as they get reported/found

  • Create an absolutely absurd amount of game modifiers to make every game wild and unique

I will keep the playtest running open for a while, but I might end up cycling through some of the available game modifiers so new ones get tested more frequently.

Please submit any problems or thoughts to help the game progress/bring out the fun parts. I'm having a blast with this :)
