addedPatch NotesAdded an in game shop with in game currency available only in game. Currently you can buy all primary weapons for 200 ink coins each. Also updated some in game lore to support this shop. Weapon descriptions will change to support this. If you don't want to bother doing that, change the save file, it's in plain text and editable.

Patch Notes

​Added 4 Weapons:

  • Annoyance - Click to kill!

  • Ink Heart - Aren't they cute, they seem to like me!

  • Mine Layer - Mines from space, what do you want?

  • Evil Eye - Portals to hell have never been more fun!

Added 4 Secondary Weapons (like main weapons but less!)

  • Auto Clicker - Like an idle game but worse!

  • Ink Drop Swarm - These ones prefer the base!

  • Eyerittated - Starts tiny but grows quite large!

  • Auto Mine Layer - Lays more mine from space, what more did you want?

Shop:

Added an in game shop with in game currency available only in game. Currently you can buy all primary weapons for 200 ink coins each. Also updated some in game lore to support this shop. Weapon descriptions will change to support this. If you don't want to bother doing that, change the save file, it's in plain text and editable.

Options Menu Changes:

  • Window Mode Options (Couldn't get resolution to work properly so that will come later)

  • Customizations

    • Change the colors of attacks of yourself, enemy attacks, and drawn barriers (more to come, I have to redraw assets in order for enemies to be recolored)

  • Added colors to the sound sliders and changed tabs design. Also yes it's off slightly on the sound tab, I hate it too but I have to redesign the whole menu for it work.

Balance Changes

  • Made level gain easier, old level algorithm is 3 + 5*level, new 3 + 4*level (This is so difficulties will be slightly easier to implement and may make some weapons more fun)

  • Auto Ink Brush - Fixed algorithm that made the flower design, now makes barriers around the base.

  • All secondary weapon upgrades, all level 2-4 are smaller, with level 5 the same, but 6-9 are twice as large as 2-4 to make upgrading more enticing.

Weapons:

  • 8/12 Weapons

Customization:

  • Colors of weapons and enemy projectiles

​Next Update Teaser - Maybe week of 19th or sooner depending on how much Silksong I want to play:

  • Backend Work for Waves and Enemies (for difficulty update and further customizations)

  • Cosmetics

  • New Base

  • New Enemy

  • Controller Support

  • Maybe new game mode (depends on how hard I want to work)

  • (Bosses update will be in 1 or 2 updates as I am having troubles implementing them)
