Hello Everyone,
As Peperoni Games, we are aware that there's very little time left until launch, and everyone is excited. Our game never compromises on its absurdity, and today we'll be talking about our newly added mechanic: the Colonoscopy System.
Some of our patients tell us that they've gotten some unpleasant structures in their rear regions, and as a doctor, it's our duty to free them from this pain.
