If you worry about chasing enemies too deep, it is recommended to press F1~F8 to summon pets, then right-click to select "defend and summon" — they will not chase enemies and will stay in place.

2.Changed pet resurrection mechanic: pets now resurrect when returning to the main city, the original resurrection-by-days function has been removed.

3.The maximum EXP gain from BOSS is capped at the full-level EXP of 1 level of your own; the maximum EXP gain from other enemies is capped at 8% of your own total EXP cap.

8.Set a cap on the number of items merchants sell; previously unsold items will no longer stack infinitely.

9.Changed the cooldown for contracting enemies to turn them into pets: there is now no cooldown limit.

10.Adjusted the entry rule of Endless Tower: changed from one entry per world cycle to unlimited entries. You can enter as many times as you want without consuming any time.

11.Added an option to start from the highest historically cleared floor in Endless Tower.

12.Adjusted the probability of the library reading event: changed from balanced probability to a higher probability of triggering preferred events.

13.Fixed the bug where enemies at Skeleton Peak spawned outside the map.

14.Optimized the resolution adjustment operation.

15.Added a small amount of gold to the backpack in both the Librarian and Drunken Ox's Cellar events. You can sell a small number of items here for gold, but you still need to go to merchants to sell a large number of items for gold.

16.Added a reminder when skipping time with the clock.

17.Changed the reward of the Bloodletting Altar: now grants a life-stealing rune.

18.Added exchange rewards in Endless Tower: star-up potions and star-up materials for runes.

19.Added a reminder before overwriting save files.

20.Added the skill "Group Blood Shield".

21.Adjusted the default event difficulty: changed from defaulting to the lowest level to defaulting to the last difficulty you selected.
