DIVE or DIE - Children of Rain changes
The 6th demo patch (1.0.3.802) is now available ahead of the game's official release on July 21!
It includes improvements and bug fixes:
CHANGES & IMPROVEMENTS
Joystick and mouse movement no longer change the active input device (only button presses do). This is to prevent subtle micro movements that can occur on certain devices from switching the active one.
The Panic Attack trait now stops the diver’s movement when triggered and lasts for a shorter duration.
Filling the Red moon’s gauge now fully heals the diver.
The Needle gun’s default ammo capacity has been increased from 6 to 8. This will not apply to existing Needle guns, only to the ones that are crafted after this patch.
Event resolution choices that unlocked at 5 Worship now unlock at 7 Worship.
Enabled proper sorting of survivors in the Infirmary.
Expedition survivor cards now display traits relevant to expeditions and have improved sorting.
Adjusted a few vfx.
FIXES
Fixed rare edge cases that could cause the game to become soft-locked on the hub after coming back from a dive.
Fixed controllers not being detected on some setups.
Fixed a bug that could cause mouse detection to remain active when playing on a controller, resulting in unwanted “cursor hover” interactions.
Fixed a couple menu inputs that were the same as the ones used for menu sidebar navigation on a controller.
Fixed a few structure water reflections on the hub.
Fixed a few localization issues for the Portuguese language.
Fixed a few minor UI issues.
