Distant Star: Revenant Fleet changes
We've updated the testing branch with some more balance changes and fixes. Let us know what you think of these. The changes (and those already in the testing branch) will likely be rolled out to the main build next week. Balance
Enemies should no longer spawn multiple fleets (Except in some specific circumstances.)
Reduced the prevalence of Rogues and Lancers in enemy fleets.
Slightly reduced how often enemy ships will fire Lances and Blasts.
Enemy rogues can no longer obtain breach bombs.
Reduced the damage of all Automaton weapons by 30%.
Increased bullet turret HP from 40 to 60.
Reduced shield cost of unstable overcharger and unstable reloader attachments from 80 to 60.
Dreadnought no longer comes with Force Targeting as a standard attachment.
Force Targeting attachments can now be attached to Gunship and Assault ships.
Force Targeting I has been added to the starting shop.
Slightly reduced amount of supplies given as battle or story rewards.
Command, Dreadnought and Carrier ships will now appear earlier.
Fixes
Fixed issue where missions would complete if enemies were out of sight.
Enemy ships should no longer move super-fast when their target is out of range.
Enemies will now pursue the player if player moves out of range.
Certain criticals should no longer disappear after 1 jump.
Capture points should no longer display health bars.
Stackable supply now works correctly in shops.
Skills which increases max energy should now apply properly.
Cursor no longer gets stuck in the 'targeting' state if you hit the stop button.
Sounds no longer come back up to full volume when you open the controls/options menus from the pause menu.
Can no longer open an instance of the pause menu behind the controls/options popups using the escape key.
Fixed typo in Biskan event.
Updated supplies tooltip in fleet browser.
Improvements
Increased the deadzone of middle mouse button panning.
Reduced the delay on edge scrolling.
Added some more variations to enemy fleet spawns
