addedHi there! We are currently working on a new level for the game, a real location called La Isla de las Muñecas, the Doll's Island, located in Xochimilco. This island is one of the most mysterious places in Mexico, its sight being a pretty scary one, mostly if you will spend the night...
changedThis island was originally property of Julian Santana, the responsible of decorating the island will dolls. The origin of this obsession is not fully known, but it is widely believed that these dolls were collected by Santana to keep away a spirit that apparently haunted him. A little girl whose name has not remained to be known drowned at the shores of his island. From this moment on, Santana claimed that strange events were surrounding the island. Thus, from the river and from the trash, he started to collect dolls as a safeguard from the girl.
changedDuring the years, Santana collected a great variety of dolls, each one at display in his island. This went on during the decades, where the island was even opened to the public to visit and give offering of an unwanted doll. That is until, one day, he was fishing at the shores of the river, just next to the girl's cross, when he suddenly heard a singing coming from the river, close to him. After this, time went on, but just a couple of hours later, Santana died of a heart attack, falling into the water.
changedNow, his cross is placed next to hers, which since that moment has been called the mermaid, as the last omen Santana heard before leaving this world. Many have visited the island since that day, leaving their offering to the island, but now it is your duty to unveil this mystery once and for all.
addedWe are making big improvements to the game to most of the gameplay and core mechanics, such as the player movement, world interaction and configuration, enhancing the overall experience, and adding some new more features to the game to give a more dynamic approach. This will not be only as part of this new map, but to the hole game! Expect to have more difficult enemies, more game possibilities, objectives and visual effects! We are also optimizing the game and polishing the assets so you can have a smoother gameplay!
addedWe are planning to deliver the new level and the overall game updates for free at the end of January 2023, but this schedule is not final and, given the need, might be reprogramed. We will keep you updated!
